Army began his career at HB Management immediately after college five years ago. He single-handedly found Four multifamily acquisitions (one off-market) in 2021, 2024 and 2025. In total, the transactions he has worked on represent over 1,000 units. All asset acquisitions have been performing well, with the 2021 asset (296 units) having returned over a 1.5X to investors while continuing to own the property.

During college and high school, Army interned at the Neiders Company, where he met Frank. During his internship, Army spear-headed and renegotiated supplier contracts saving the company approximately 750k annually.

Army’s passion for real estate sparked early on while living on his family’s farm in Rainier Beach, South Seattle. He was raised as the fifth generation on the farm. That passion led him to the University of Washington, where he earned degrees in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate, graduating cum laude.
