Tyler Kowal, CPA is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investor with a track record of building successful ventures from the ground up. From running a soda stand at a local beach park to launching an auto detailing business and now leading a thriving CPA firm, Tyler has always had an entrepreneurial spirit.

As the Director of Finance for IPM Investments and owner of Pitch CPA, a boutique accounting firm, Tyler brings his financial expertise to both ventures with remarkable success. His dual leadership roles allow him to provide strategic financial guidance to real estate investors while maintaining the personalized service his CPA clients value.

Tyler’s real estate journey began with a single rental property—a “house hack” shared with college roommates—which later evolved into two apartment complexes with a total of 11 units. Leveraging his keen business acumen, Tyler has since expanded his personal real estate portfolio to over 110 units across multiple properties in King, Pierce, Thurston, and Spokane Counties, including a 56-unit and a 32-unit apartment building in Olympia, WA. His expertise spans investment due diligence, financial management, and strategic growth, making him a trusted leader in both the real estate and accounting industries.

When he’s not working, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, and watching soccer.
