He has served as VP of Operations for a prominent regional apartment owner and management company, where he played the primary role in negotiating and facilitating the acquisition and renovation of over 70 value-add properties and over 4,800 units.

Frank’s strong relationships with top brokers in the market provide him with access to prime opportunities, both on-market and off-market. His reputation for executing on complex deals makes him one of the first contacts when properties are listed or sourced privately.

Additionally, Frank’s asset management expertise positions him as a leader in navigating property management challenges and identifying market trends. Having overseen more than 6,000 units across four states, he possesses comprehensive knowledge of rental rates and market conditions. With over 20 years as a licensed real estate broker specializing in multi-family acquisitions and financing, coupled with seven years owning and operating a residential construction company, Frank brings a uniquely valuable perspective to IPM and their investor partners. This diverse background in real estate acquisition, management, and construction creates a powerful foundation for delivering exceptional value to IPM’s investments.
