  • Collect the first month’s rent and security deposit

Property Management Fees
We charge a $35 non-refundable fee for our perspectives tenants. We collect and retain 70% of the 1st month rent and charge the following fees monthly:
  • 1-4 units: 10%
  • 5-7 units: 9.5%
  • 8-10 units: 9%
