Maintenance
We take all the necessary precautions to make sure your property stays in excellent condition by providing:
- 24/7 availability for tenant/landlord concerns and repairs
- Licensed general contractors
- Regularly scheduled inspections
Rent Collection
All fees collected for our clients are deposited into FDIC insured accounts:
- Collect the first month’s rent and security deposit
- We also collect each month’s rent during the term of the lease
- Professionally handle all disputes, concerns, late payments and evictions
Bookkeeping
We provide a wide range of services:
- Annual Statements for tax purposes
- Reports regarding tenant occupancy throughout the term of the lease
- Monthly itemized statement for rent collection and maintenance

Property Management Fees
We charge a $35 non-refundable fee for our perspectives tenants. We collect and retain 70% of the 1st month rent and charge the following fees monthly:
- 1-4 units: 10%
- 5-7 units: 9.5%
- 8-10 units: 9%
