A:We Specialize in single–family homes, duplexes, apartments,commercial developments, and office spaces.

Q: How much is your property management fee?
A: Our initial property management fee is 70% of the 1st month's rent and a monthly service charge thereafter. Please see our fee list for specific monthly rates.

Q: What will you do to ensure that may property is rented?
A: We will work diligently with all investors to ensure that their propertie receive maximum exposure, including but not limited to, newspaper advertisments and rental signage.

Q: How will I stay informed about my property's rental and maintenance status?
A: During the tenant selection process, we will provide you with regular updates. Thereafter, we will communicate all non-emergency items along with your monthly statements. We will notify you of all emergency matters in an expeditious manner. Of course, we encourage you to contact us anytime you have a question or concern.

Q: How will you ensure that the tenant is taking good care of my property?
A: There are numerous ways we will help to protect your investment, including, but not limted to, careful tenant selection, quarterly inspections and maintenance performed by only licensed general contractors who offer warranties on their work.

Q: What will you do if the tenant is not properly caring for my property?
A: Absent extreme circumstances, we will give the tenant an opportunity to correct the situation (as they usually will). However, if a problem persists, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that your investment is protected.

Q: How do I report maintenance issues?
A: Tenants and Investors may either fax, mail, or call in a maintenance request. Our general office hours are Monday-Saturday (9 a.m.-5 p.m.) or by appointment. However, for any request outside of our general hours, you may leave a voicemail message on our after-hours voice mail service. Please remember that for a true emergency, please dial 911 before calling Integrity Property Management.

Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: We can start the process immediately. We will start by obtaining some information about you and your property and helping you decide how we can accommodate your needs.
